OUR ROLE
We source & vet high-level career-seeking candidates in the industry and match them with our partners' current open roles. Our objective is to help our general contractor partners build out project teams for high-level infrastructure projects across the US.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of project engineering and civil construction work. They thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. They are comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues
- Conducting research and studies on site
- Managing field activities and implementing engineering designs
- Diagnosing construction or machinery problems
- Resolving malfunctions or other crises when they arise
- Overseeing repairs and technical improvements
- Overseeing sub-contractors
- Tracking material costs and quantities entering project sites
- Creating reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
- Assisting other engineering departments as assigned
