Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the operational aspects of data support, ensuring data quality, consistency, request & resource scalability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, collaborating with leadership members, and driving success across different product areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Action Plans: Create and implement action plans, work intake trackers, schedules, and budgets to ensure program success.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within data support workflows, implementing process improvements and automation where applicable.
  • Status Updates: Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding program progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas requiring attention.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and protocols, implementing processes for ongoing data quality assurance, conducting regular quality audits and assessments.
  • Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and program effectiveness, developing and maintaining a dashboard for real-time metric reporting.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program status performance, data quality, and key metrics, maintaining comprehensive documentation of data processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with data support operations, developing and executing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies, establishing governance frameworks for data handling and access.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet program objectives, including budget management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in data support processes, staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Data Visualization Expertise: Have expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to transform data into clear and impactful visuals.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in basic data analysis using Excel or Sheets formulas.
  • Team Management Experience: Have experience managing and working effectively within large teams (over 100 members), collaborating with leadership members to achieve common goals.
