Job Description

As a Senior Associate on our Capital Formation team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing ongoing relationships with our clients, providing portfolio advisory and investment services.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow our assets with existing clients.
  • Leveraging your professional network to source new clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a relationship management and business development role in a fast-paced industry.
  • Series 65 or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Compensation Structure:

  • Guaranteed Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
