**Job Description:** We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cash Flow Management Coordinator to join our finance team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in accounts receivable management.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Process, verify, and post customer payments.
  • Maintain customer account records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations.
  • Initiate collection calls and send out reminder notices.
  • Research and resolve customer billing issues.
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Maintain current knowledge of billing systems and procedures.
  • Comply with all relevant financial regulations and policies.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
