Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our user base, focusing primarily on addressing inbound user questions and responding to customer service inquiries on social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field incoming user inquiries via our ticket tracking system
  • Maintain the CX dashboard and monthly reporting
  • Regularly meet with product and content teams to share user feedback via organized documentation
  • Improve upon existing ticket response flows, optimizing for auto responses
  • Maintain an internal guidebook for established CX procedures
Requirements:
  • Chess-mapping level of detail-oriented and organized
  • Can articulate and outline the basics of bug reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, flexible problem solver
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus
