We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our esteemed Behavioral Health team at HCA HealthONE Aurora. As an Inpatient Psychiatric RN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

As an Inpatient Psychiatric RN, you will:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and education.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Float between units as needed to ensure adequate staffing and provide support to colleagues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or a current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • BLS - Healthcare provider through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • CPI certification within 3 months of hire and re-certification every year thereafter.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred.
  • One year of acute care and one year of inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
