We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Service Coordinator to join our team at Kaiser Permanente.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity to work in our West service area, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. As a Healthcare Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring seamless communication with healthcare providers and patients.

With six months of experience in health care or customer service, you possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and working collaboratively with a dynamic team, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic medical records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient data
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask
  • National Agreement (Coalition) employees may have prior experience requirement waived
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in healthcare or dental office environment
  • Dental office and computer skills
