As a key member of our industry-leading team, you will provide expertise to federal and commercial clients in establishing and meeting their energy, water, renewables, and emissions goals. Your work will involve managing technical scope and budget for project tasks, facilitating deliverable development, and communicating with clients. You will lead technical aspects of projects with small teams and establish relationships with clients. Occasional travel to client sites worldwide is required, typically one week in duration but longer if necessary. Experience in energy audits, energy modeling, energy and water master planning, life-cycle cost analysis/engineering economics, building/infrastructure assessment, utility meter analysis, and familiarity with building MEP and integrated control systems is ideal.

To excel in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in mechanical or energy engineering, including experience in management consulting. A professional registration (PE) and industry-recognized energy management certification (CEM or similar) are also essential. Additionally, you must be able to travel up to 40% and possess U.S. Citizenship.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $121,182 to $184,982, which takes into account the importance of your skills and experience in achieving our goals.
