Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team as an Office Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong work ethic. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fifth District Commanding Officer of Enlisted Personnel and Chief Administrative Officer.

You will be responsible for serving as a Secretary and principal office assistant, providing secretarial and office management support, and directing all program, administrative, and support operations for the Command.

This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the Fifth District Commanding Officer of Enlisted Personnel and Chief Administrative Officer.
  • Serving as a Secretary and principal office assistant.
  • Providing secretarial and office management support.
  • Directing all program, administrative, and support operations for the Command.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing various travel orders.
  • Administering the time keeping system and validating time and attendance timecards.
Requirements:
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. At least one (1) year of specialized experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  4. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
