We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nurse Aide to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.
About the Role:The Licensed Nurse Aide will provide essential support to patients and residents, assisting with daily living activities and reporting changes in their condition to Registered Nurses. This role requires a state-approved certification and involves participating in care planning processes to ensure quality healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:- Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
- Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
- Participate in the care planning process.
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
