About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of delivery drivers, customer service representatives, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of delivery drivers, customer service representatives, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales growth.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and customer satisfaction to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales growth, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
