Job Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat endocrine disorders in children, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat pediatric endocrine disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the growth and development of our department
Requirements:
- Board certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric Endocrinology
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Pediatrics or Pediatric Endocrinology
- Licensure to practice medicine in the State of Alaska
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
