Prestige Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Prestige Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Prestige Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales in the prestige category.

• Performance: Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Guest Service: Provide a guest-friendly environment, greet and engage every guest, and recommend complementary products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Operations: Maintain store operational standards, including cleanliness and replenishment of prestige and iconic brand work areas.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
