Heavy Duty Truck Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Truck Technician to join our team at Lehigh Truck Dispatch Services LLC in Kutztown, PA.

As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy duty trucks. Your duties will include troubleshooting and repairing brakes, air ride systems, electrical components, suspension systems, and other engine-related issues.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year's experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks, as well as a complete set of hand tools for a heavy-duty truck technician. Vocational or technical training in diesel or heavy-duty vehicle repair is preferred but not required. You must be willing to learn and grow your abilities, with the ability to work independently with a 'can-do' attitude.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy duty trucks
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, air ride systems, electrical components, suspension systems, and other engine-related issues
• Diagnose and perform necessary repairs to the engine, electrical, and exhaust after-treatment systems
• Inspect and replace general components as required

• Minimum 1 year's experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks
• Complete set of hand tools for a heavy-duty truck technician
• Vocational or technical training in diesel or heavy-duty vehicle repair; HS Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow your abilities
• Ability to work independently with a 'can-do' attitude

Up to $500 annual tool allowance reimbursement
