Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our outpatient dialysis centers. As a nurse in this role, you will provide compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Your expertise will help develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve common goals
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
