About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the overall effectiveness of our sales operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Channel stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive insights, planning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage and coach a team of analysts supporting the second layers of sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and enhance our reporting capabilities into a unified suite of actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build detailed models and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
What We Offer

At Atlassian, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $176,100 - $234,800, depending on location. We also offer a range of benefits, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, and wellness resources.
