Position Overview

We are seeking highly qualified individuals to teach part-time courses in our Department of Education. As a part-time instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and contributing to their academic success.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching course(s) according to department guidelines.
  • Providing meeting times for students.
  • Completing course grading and submitting final grades using the on-line system.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A Master's Degree in Education required; Doctorate preferred.
  • College level teaching experience; experience teaching Education classes preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience teaching in K-12 schools.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The University of Tampa offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
