GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team in Fresno, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, control, and direct the daily operations of multiple properties.
  • Oversee compliance within these properties.
  • Manage the financial responsibilities of the properties, including annual budget.
  • Lead and manage staff at each property.
  • Responsible for interviewing and hiring all property employees under the direction of HR.
  • Ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and all property employees.
  • Implement and enforce all policies and procedures of GSF Properties Inc.
  • Generate various reports, including Weekly Vacancy, Delinquency, Turnover, and Traffic reports.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the VP of Operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience managing multiple properties with direct supervision of staff.
  • Proven property management experience with direct supervision of staff.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Real Estate license preferred.
  • Appfolio and Real Page experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope.
  • Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups.
  • Significant customer service experience.
  • Proven Leadership experience.

Salary: $68,000-$72,000 per year plus benefits.
