We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen Corporation. As an ACCS Awake Overnight Residential Counselor in a Residential Group L, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our residents.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $20.00 per hour. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2000, with increments of $666 upon completion of 30 days, 6 months, and 9 months.

Job Responsibilities:

As an ACCS Awake Overnight Residential Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support and guidance to residents
  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to meet resident needs
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

To be successful as an ACCS Awake Overnight Residential Counselor, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in mental health services
  • Certification in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques preferred
