Commercial Leasing Account Executive

Description:
As a Leasing Account Executive at E.V. Bishoff, you will work directly with the Owner to showcase available office space, craft lease proposals, close new tenants, and manage, renew, and expand current tenant leasing needs. This fast-paced role requires connecting with tenants, knowledge of our available space, and floor planning expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly follow up on leads delivered from the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule showings and secure leases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
- History of success in sales.
- Computer skills, including email and video conferencing.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Must build rapport quickly.
- Must possess good time management, scheduling, and calendar management skills.
Salary: Up to $110,000.00, including bonuses when individual goals are achieved.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

The ideal candidate has a history of success in commercial leasing sales, works well unsupervised, and is goal and money motivated.
