Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits including:

Job Description

This role involves guiding maintenance teams in supporting staff, performing inspections, and maintaining property grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support staff hiring, training, and motivation
  • Perform property inspections and address maintenance needs
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a clean shop and work areas
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA HVAC certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines
