Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive treatment to patients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist PT in identifying patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
  • Document patient progress on weekly progress notes and obtain co-signature from PT.
  • Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Complete all required documentation as indicated and according to state guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state as applicable.

Pay Range: USD $40.00 - USD $50.00/Hr.
