About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Development Coordinator to join our transdisciplinary team. As part of this role, you will provide developmental intervention to children in natural and inclusive environments.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans for children
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on strategies for promoting development and learning
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote child development
What We Offer

Our Early Childhood Development Coordinators are compensated competitively based on experience, with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
