Neonatology Nurse Practitioner: Expert Care for Newborns

Overview: Lancesoft INC is seeking an experienced Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As an NNP, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $115,000 - $130,000, based on industry standards and the candidate's experience level.
Job Description: Our 16-suite NICU has approximately 320 admissions and 1900 births annually, with an average daily census of 10. NNPs work collaboratively with Neonatologists to provide 20 hours per day of shift coverage, ensuring seamless patient care. Your expertise will be essential in helping us maintain exceptional outcomes for our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be a Board Certified NNP (with at least 2 years of employment experience as an NNP) and possess excellent clinical skills.
