We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Team Supervisor to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in the Bridgton area. This is a full-time, year-round salaried position that oversees administrative and supervisory functions of the team, providing individual, group, and family counseling to individuals with psychotic disorders and other serious mental illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ACT team
  • Provide clinical supervision to team members
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
Requirements
  • Masters degree from an accredited institution
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC)
  • Maine state alcohol and drug counselor certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience
Compensation and Benefits
