Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Innovative Network Of Knowledge. As an Early Head Start Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to infants and toddlers, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for infants and toddlers.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and staff, promoting a sense of community and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program, adhering to Head Start Performance Standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and document children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need, and developing strategies for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with families, providing regular updates and involving them in their child's education and care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent experience.
  • Infant/Toddler CDA certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
