Salary Range:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $86,625 and $129,750 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer II to join our team. This individual will have completed at least one year of work in the construction industry and possess a strong understanding of various construction disciplines, including Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations.

As a Field Engineer II, you will be responsible for independently managing teams and making decisions to drive project success. A Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Make informed decisions to drive project efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
