Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Vanderlande Industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs. May be required to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shiftwork.
About the Job- Responsible for stock reliability and inventory control
- Taking ownership of the inventory for multiple branch plants and ensuring accuracy
- Performing cycle counts in multiple branch plants
- Operating independently and having the ability to multitask
- Maintaining an inventory level of 95% accuracy for on-hand quantity, quantity per location, and part per location for all branches
- Auditing receipts of POs and Collies made by PhD workers
- Auditing receipts and putting away items within 24 hours
- Defining and maintaining up-to-date records of warehouse facilities and logistical processes
- Acting independently in various technical tasks and identifying issues that may disturb daily operations
- FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS WHILE KEEPING THE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN, ORGANIZED, AND SAFE
- Executing additional tasks as requested or required
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse and inventory environment
- A valid state driver's license and clean driving record
- Certification for Forklift Operator
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and JD Edwards
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND BEING MECHANICALLY INCLINED IS A PLUS
