About the Role:We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and patient care to join our team as a House Supervisor RN. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating all nursing care on a 24-hour basis, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate all nursing care on a 24-hour basis
- Manage, coordinate, and control all aspects of nursing care to provide quality patient care and maintain high standards of professional nursing practice
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, BSN required
- Current TX RN licensure
- RN Critical Care experience required
- Current BCLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS & CPI certifications required
- PALS and TNCC certification are preferred
- Management experience required
- Evidence of leadership skills, successful interpersonal relations demonstrated by active participation in supervision, administration, and education
- Computer skills needed
- A competitive salary range of $105,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience
