Job Summary:


We are searching for a strong and compassionate Long Term Care RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in Long Term Care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-quality patient care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and develop individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams: Work effectively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient information: Accurately record patient data, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
