Job Summary:

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist (Part-Time) to join our team at Chelsea Rehabilitation center. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the healthcare team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including greeting patients, handling paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, dependable, and ability to multi-task and work independently. Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
