About the Role
We are seeking a Part-time Associate Dentist to join our team at Spencer Dental & Braces, a Benevis company. As a Dentist for Children and Adults on Saturdays, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to underserved families, primarily children aged 3-21.

Job Overview
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled dentist with a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults. You will work in a supportive team environment, utilizing advanced dental technology, such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will participate in community activities and help promote a positive image of our company.

Responsibilities
* Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team
* Work closely with hygienists, hygiene assistants, and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient care
* Participate in morning huddles to discuss office flow and patient needs
* Collaborate with other providers to achieve our mission of creating happy, healthy smiles

Requirements
* DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
* Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
* Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

What We Offer
* Competitive salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year (based on experience)
