Job Description:



We are seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support our therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN. The ideal candidate will supervise and maintain patient safety, ensure consistency in the schedule/program delivery, and safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma, a driver's license with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report, and proof of insurance. Previous experience working in an inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility is preferred, along with direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients.
