About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety protocols. A current Basic Life Support certification and a BSN from an accredited nursing program are required. We also require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate and individualized patient care through efficient and effective practice
• Assess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and education
• Coordinate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to implement care goals
• Competently assess patients on a regular basis

Licenses and Certifications
• AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• BSN from accredited nursing program and proper licensure

Work Experience

Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
