This exciting career opportunity is for a Manager to join our team in Transaction Advisory Services in New York. The successful candidate will support our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services group, conducting due diligence and working with clients across various industries.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from private equity and strategic corporate buyers
- Analyzing historical financial statements and evaluating operational trends to identify sustainable earnings across industries like manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high-technology, and healthcare
- Coordinating with teams and management on client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines
- Effectively writing and communicating engagement reports and deliverables to client management
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- CPA and other relevant certifications preferred
- Current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions
- 5+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience across various industries
- Ability to work extra hours as needed and travel out-of-town to clients when required
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment
- Action-oriented approach to work required, with the willingness to take a hands-on role to ensure timely deliverables
CohnReznick LLP offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, along with a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded parental benefits, and access to top learning platforms.
