Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.
- Guide customers through hardware installation and troubleshooting, offering expert advice and solutions.
- Coach and train customers to maximize the benefits of our products, fostering long-term relationships.
- Escalate issues to the Team Lead as needed, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest features, products, and best practices, maintaining a high level of product expertise.
- Process and test returned hardware, documenting all necessary information in our return system.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations, working closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer services/support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information.
- Expertise in managing client relationships for technically complex products and platforms.
- Proven people management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and train others.
