Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom applications within the Workday platform to meet business requirements.
  • Define and configure business processes within the Workday system to align with organizational needs.
  • Create integrations between Workday and other systems, such as ERP systems, payroll systems, or third-party applications.
  • Utilize data migration tools and protocols to safely transfer data between systems.
  • Customize existing Workday functionalities to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Workday applications and integrations.
  • Document application designs, configurations, and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  • Stay updated on new features and best practices within the Workday platform and implement improvements to existing applications and processes.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of Workday applications and integrations by following best practices for data protection, access control, and audit logging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System (CIS), or Management Information System (MIS) from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • Two (2) years of related experience required.

Working Conditions:

This is a sedentary position that requires sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
