Delivery Driver Position Overview


At Insomnia Cookies, we're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for delivering our freshly baked cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal customer base in a timely and safe manner.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery
  • Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive and professional interaction
  • Utilize our delivery app to ensure accurate status updates and company standards


Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the surrounding area is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
  • Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
  • Must have a smartphone with a data plan
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years old
