Our externship program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive learning experience, including flexible scheduling, paid externship hours, and future employment opportunities. You will also have access to our DVM mentor network, which will provide you with guidance and support throughout your externship.

To be eligible for our externship program, you must be an active veterinary student from an AVMA-accredited institution. We are a drug-free, smoke-free, and equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applications from students of all backgrounds.

As a veterinary student extern at Benton Vet, you will have the opportunity to:
