Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team at Liberty Senior Living.

$6,000 Sign on Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents in a safe and timely manner.
  • Take orders from physicians, document orders, and receive medications for administration.
  • Perform vital signs checks, enemas, and suppositories as needed.
  • Maintain excellent universal precautions and hazardous chemical procedures to ensure resident and staff safety.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure quality nursing and medication orders.
  • Be vigilant and report any changes in resident status to the doctor, family, and administration immediately.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nurse's Aide certification or completion of the 75-hour course and company Medication Administration course.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds regularly or at least ten times per shift.
