Job Summary:

The Clinical Care Specialist at Albany Medical Center plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to implement physician orders, administer medications, and provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications as required
• Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a professional academic nursing program
• Current registered nurse license
• Obtain and maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
