At INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, we're seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Rehabilitation team in Oklahoma City. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide exceptional care to our patients, working closely with our caregivers to deliver top-notch service.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a dedicated LPN to assume responsibility for the delivery of patient care in an acute care hospital setting. This role requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals. Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in an acute care hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of a registered nurse and the order of a physician.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in department-specific competencies and training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- LPN experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
- Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Current IV Therapy certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS as required by department.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
