Job Title: Primary Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team at Monte Nido River Towns, a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

Responsibilities:

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers
- Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
- Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
- Offer therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food

Requirements:

- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
