About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Documentation Specialist RN to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve day-to-day documentation practices of medical staff and healthcare teams on medical-surgical patient populations.
  • Provide coding expertise and education to ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with coding and reimbursement changes to promote quality coding.
  • Assume responsibility for personal growth and development through continuing education and self-education.
  • Meet assigned goals and objectives.
Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee. 5+ years of experience in clinical documentation or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
