We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder to join our team at DXL Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued by spending quality time and asking questions to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert, providing guidance and support to customers on our range of apparel, including private labels and name brands.
  • Assist in building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing coaching and training on selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
  • Proven customer service skills and experience with problem resolution.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of $8.50 - $11.50 per hour, plus a commission rate of 1.5% - 6% based on personal sales volume. Eligibility for quarterly bonuses, medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k) plan, life insurance, and disability plans. Paid holidays, sick/personal days, and vacation time.
