  • You will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs, including data entry in various platforms.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and phone skills to resolve Sales Support Rep related issues for external and internal escalations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' of relevant work experience, excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is $$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
