**Job Summary**

At Great Wolf Lodge, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail and attractions departments, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of our retail and attractions departments, including gift shops, arcades, and other attractions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail and attractions staff, providing coaching, guidance, and recognition to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of talent for retail and attractions departments.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and goals, aligning with company objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
