About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Tacoma, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and negotiate business plans with key customers, leveraging data-driven insights to drive results.
  • Drive sales growth through effective call coverage, perfect shelf strategy, and other key metrics.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve sales goals.
  • Analyze and interpret market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on influencing and negotiation.
