Job Summary:

This is a general posting for applicants interested in Trinity Health Ann Arbor Diagnostic Imaging Technologist positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing physician orders, preparing patients, and performing imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate diagnostic imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images for interpretation by physicians. Assist radiologists in administering contrast media as required. Perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, with integrity and initiative. Maintain continuing education credits and other requirements to maintain ARRT certification. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program and registration as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Advanced certification in CT, MRI, or both is preferred. One to two years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist is also preferred. Must have good working knowledge of anatomy and principles of physics. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
