As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in assessing and monitoring residents' health status, developing individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring effective communication with residents and families.

The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. You will work closely with the healthcare team to provide nursing interventions such as medication administration and support during critical situations, while upholding best nursing practices.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately assess residents' health status and develop dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach that includes physicians, residents, families, and other IDT members.
  • Communicate the plan to the appropriate IDT members along with residents and families, and accurately document all assessments and care plans.
  • Identify necessary nursing interventions relevant to the plan of care, including nursing orders, physician orders, residents/families educational and environmental needs.
  • Provide nursing care such as ADLs, complete twelve hours of offerings related to nursing, and uphold commitment to remaining current in best nursing practices through knowledge of Bethesda's policies and self-study.

We offer competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
